I'm currently working at Earnest Agency as a senior creative, producing some iconic brands and campaigns for globally recognised businesses, and I love my job! Being able to give businesses a voice through my design is something I find great pride in, and having the flexibility to work across so many brands keeps me engaged and motivated to continue producing great work.I have a feeling I have great intuition. As a dyslexic, you learn to use intuition in your everyday life, helping to better understand people and what drives them, businesses and what's failing them, and projects and what can elevate them. What is described as a learning difficulty has allowed me to develop a skill that is immeasurably useful, feeling my way through, using my intuition, hopefully I've created some great work. I don't like getting things wrong and I take initiative with projects, embedding myself within a company to become a highly valued asset, that being said, I know where to draw the line. I have a young son that is my pride and joy, and to whom I'm trying to demonstrate what a healthy work-life balance looks like. Coming home to a family and spending time together, supersedes all.
