My leadership is school and student-focussed. I provide regional leadership to support the work schools do maximising educational achievement by providing access to resources that foster capability of Principals, their leadership teams, teachers and staff. Through my implementation of creative and collaborative leadership strategies, I improve school leaders’ abilities to improve teacher quality, student opportunities for life and the wellbeing of all involved in the school community. I lead regional teams to support Principals to enhance their delivery of the principles of Equity and Excellence to their school communities. My experiences as a Principal, Head of School, Deputy Principal and Deputy Principal Education Officer in various settings over the past 14 years have equipped me with the relational and instructional knowledge, skills and character to add significant value to school communities.
