Health and Safety role at HS Hyde & Son.Role includes:- Foster a proactive safety culture across the work sites, engaging with teams to continually improve safety practices and performance- Assist the directors and managers in running regular Toolbox Meetings and Site Pre-starts- Job safety set up including SWMS, SMPs, Evacuation plans and other site specific safety documents- Regular Site visits to conduct site inspections- Provide guidance and support to site management and workforce on HSE matters, including risk management, incident reporting, and investigation.- Keeping registers up to date in regards to employee details, booking in training for employees- Client and sub-contractor liaison- Assisting with Workers Compensation claims including RTW.

Site based administration roleIn charge of:- Pre starts and toolbox meetings- Project QA- general labour work- time sheets- site contact for sub-contractors/suppliers- document control for project- Project scheduling using Microsoft Project for sub-contractors- Liaising with client for project progress and updates- Sub-contractor ManagementAssisted in the successful delivery of:- Garden Park Grove Stage 11A Subdivision- Garden Park Grove Stage 11B Subdivision- Atlantis Beach Blaxland Stage 4B Subdivision- Maryville Downs Stage 11A Subdivision- Capricorn beach Node Stage 1B Subdivision
