Held various leadership roles in the leadership and culture space over a 6.5 year period. The primary focus was working with leaders and their teams to build the leadership and working environment needed to unlock the inspiration of our people, achieve superior customer & commercial performance and transform the bank. - Designed and implemented BNZ's 'Performance EDGE' leadership system - a framework and operating rhythm to build the leadership capability, mindset and performance culture to win. 700 leaders experienced this resulting in a 97% leadership improvement rate (based on 360 feedback re-measure after 6 months), and a 12.8% uplift in overall employee engagement across BNZ in FY16, compared with FY15. Linkages to improved commercial performance across several business areas (e.g. customer NPS score improved from moved from 28 to 54 for the Service Contact Centre, the Partners Business Bank network grew > $1 billion in assets over the same time period)- Overall lead for BNZ culture strategy for the past three years, placing in the top 10% of companies for McKinsey's global Organisational Health Inventory (BNZ placed within the top decile of all companies for organisational health, globally)- Led an agile team to transform the approach to performance management at BNZ within a 4 month time period (from process heavy, to humanistic and conversation/coaching oriented). This involved using human centred design by engaging 100s of employees in the design effort. A pulse survey 6 months into implementation demonstrates positive shifts in the employee experience of performance, of between 5-15% - Designed a BNZ-wide 'high performing teams' framework (inspired by google) and delivered multiple Senior Leadership Team programmes across the bank - 'Top 100' EDGE programme to define and embed the leadership culture needed for constructive collaboration and strategy execution.
