Highlights include:- Deloitte UK – Developed the Talent Strategy and implemented a strategy execution leadership framework for a professional services firm of 12,000 - Johnson & Johnson - Led selection and change management for 7000 employees covering 30 countries for the biggest merger globally in 2006- Led the strategic change team to support the successful separation of a telecommunications organisation including CEO selection, leadership development and culture strategy and design working with the CEO, Board, Executive Team- ABN Amro – Global organisation design and change management to support a global IT transformation - Aviva – Strategic change to support the large scale transformation of the operations function (10,000 people) including leadership team development and cultural alignment - Barclays Bank - Led three different projects - organisation design to support cost reduction, behavioural change to mitigate information security risk, and enhancement of selection strategy - Sainsburys – Led a culture and effectiveness assessment of the 500-strong IT workforce - Sanofi-Aventis - Leadership team development and strategic change to support an organisation redesign- Worked from Sydney for several months on a global project for Deloitte, developing a new culture and leadership framework and approach called ‘As One’ behaviour; ‘a coherent group of people working productively together towards a common goal’
