As the Operations Manager at the largest vehicle and consumer finance broker in NZ my day to day role is extremely diverse and no two days are the same. at One Partner we are constantly growing our knowledge and utilization of innovation and automation to 1, evolve and improve our customer experience, and deliver a seamless experience by using automation and technology to achieve this. and 2, support our team of Financial advisor and Dealer Account Managers to automate manual time consuming tasks and allow them to do what they do best. Help and assist our clients get the finance that suits their goals. My motivation for getting out of bed every morning is knowing that everything I do in my role helps to improve our team and our customers get faster, more efficient and better outcomes when applying for finance.making a difference to every day Kiwis using innovation and automation to deliver a seamless experience when sourcing finance is what makes me most proud of what I do.
