Responsible for the management and maintenance of all client registrations for Premier Guarantee and LABC Warranty.Governance of all registration documentation which includes all security and deeds of indemnity.Management of our Extranet facility and Escrow authorisation process.

Facilitated and managed the start up of the commercial recoveries deparment for MD Insurance Services Ltd. The department is responsible for recovering claims expenditure from liable parties through the enforcement of certain deeds of indemnity which were requirements for the offer of cover to Developers and Builders.Also within the Recoveries & Registrations Department I am responsible for ensuring the fluid and efficient registration and reregistration of Developers and Builders, this includes certain risk assessments and experience reviews. As with the Recoveries side of the department I was instrumental in the creation of this profitable arm of the company.

Review and risk assessment of potential and existing Developers to ensure that the company hit budget targets whilst also minimising the exposure to risk to the Insurers.
