I founded Jones Co. Tennis to offer top-quality health and fitness services to our community. My philosophy is that the foundations for a healthy life should be instilled from a young age. This includes establishing regular exercise routines, prioritizing mental health and stress relief, and promoting healthy eating habits.Driven by this passion, I am currently pursuing a Bachelor of Medical Health and Science at the University of Wollongong. My studies are enhancing my knowledge and enabling me to provide even better support to our clients. I am committed to empowering individuals to lead healthier, more balanced lives through the services we offer at Jones Co. Tennis.
