Having been in the Automobile industry for the last 20 years, I have had the benefit of experiencing roles in a range of capacities from Corporate and Retail Sales to Business and Operations Management. My expertise is Finance and Insurance Services, and have developed a strong ability to manage and grow a culture within the retail environment that incorporates the customer, the sales team and the finance operation.My belief and work ethic is built on creating a buying experience, not a selling experience. We need to follow a process but we also need culture and the ability to understand individual customer needs and wants. My current role provides exposure to a very broad customer base and whether its a loan for $ 10,000 or a loan for $ 500,000 , the same principles apply.
