As a propulsion and structures member on the UVIC rocketry team, I am working on the research and development of our first hybrid engine. I am also working on the development of strong, lightweight fuselages through fiberglass and carbon fiber composites.

Prototype, design, and construction of machines to manufacture biomedical devices.

Designed a machine to cut hybrid fuel grains after being cast in a combustion chamber. Designed and tested a device to measure the regression rate of a hybrid rocket engine.

Worked with children with intellectual and developmental disabilities to foster increased independence, appropriate social interaction, and emotional regulation.

Taught students how to use CAD programs to design robotic subsystems such as gearboxes, drivebases, and ball shooters.

During my internship at Miga Motor Company, I designed, manufactured, and tested a series of robots which incorporated SMA actuators.

As robot integration lead on my robotics team, I led the development, scheduling, and subsystem integration of 150lb robots which competed at a world class level.
