Heading the Information Integration unit in the L&H enabling programme. Project lead for the initiation and development of a L&H steering information application. Participating in consolidating and streamlining the L&H masterdata landscape.

Heading the Business Process & Application Support team in the Life & Health area which resulted from the reorganisation 2006 where the business services team was integrated within Global IT Business Support. Leading a team of 6 Business analysts responsible for L&H Europe, Asia and Latin America application IT support. The team was heavily involved in system consolidation, harmonisation and migrations into SICS

Heading the LS/IT Business Services team (L&H Europe, Asia Pacific, Latin America) where the main responsibility was business requirement analysis, project management/coordination, IT strategy and facilitation of the prioritisation process through the IT Steering Committee. Leading a team of 9 business analysts and project managers acting as a business partner for IT request coming from L&H reinsurance operation Zurich and about 20 local offices around the globe.
