Other duties include monthly written reports, verbal and visual presentations to Executive Management, and detailed cost and performance analysis. Achievements to date include: a redesign of the site warehouses to significantly improve safety, workflow and efficiency, fully embedding the facilities management contract to achieve workflow efficiencies and cost reductions, changes to and additions to the site security contract to include Emergency Response capability, consolidation of all property management to include leased farming land surrounding the power station and residential properties and leases, streamlined Capital Investment and Project Management frameworks, rollout of new operating hardware and software platforms, including communications and offsite network access, and site value add from the establishment of on-site financial and commercial teams.
