Responsible for the delivery of the Perth HBS service business leading a large team of service technicians and associated apprentices and office administrators.From 1998 to resigning from Honeywell in May 2005 held several management positions and all these positions required an understanding and capability to deliver the following objectives –• Staff development and training• EH&S corporate and legislative requirements• Staff performance reviews • Understand the business plan, strategies and goals• Mentor staff on the business plan and YTD progress• Identify productivity savings and growth opportunities• Improve customer satisfaction and service delivery quality control• Meeting productivity and forecast financial targets • Customer debt and sub-contractor credit management• Ensure efficient business controls are adhered • Sales team assistanceExternal and internal management training included understanding of business practices, financial controls, staff leadership, sales methods and customer service.

Promoted to a management role within Honeywell Building Solutions (HBS) in 1998. Together with a team of technicians and associated apprentices, project managers, commissioning staff and office administrators. Was responsible for the delivery of the Perth HBS service and project installation business.

Joined Honeywell within the commercial building systems group. Advanced to a project management position with all the direct responsibilities applicable for Honeywell commercial projects worth between $50K to $2 million. ie: Project planning, scheduling, cost control, subcontractor management, etc
