Assisting with medical appointments, quarterly reports, quality assurance, quality improvement, residential enrichment(gardening and cooking), organizational development, billing, on-boarding, termination, directing our new community engagement services.

As the Supported Living Services Coordinator at Remi Vista, I am working to support adults with developmental disabilities to stay in their own home and still receive the care they need. I supervise Personal Attendants, who are the most important support we provide to our consumers. I also maintain all of the logs, medical information, and filing for our consumers.

The mission of Key Living Options is to provide a residential experience for adults diagnosed with mental retardation, developmental disabilities and mental illness.

As a Farmer Chef I worked in our organic garden cultivating, weeding, and harvesting vegetables for use in our kitchen. I also worked in the kitchen to prepare healthy, local meals for our overnight educational participants. I also worked extensively to help educate our participants about the mission of Heifer International and about the benefits of local food systems.As a Livestock Volunteer, I was responsible, as part of a team, for the care and management of our livestock and the educational programming related to it. We maintained a herd of about 10 cattle, 30 goats, around 50 sheep, 6 or so feeder pigs, and a flock of around 20 laying hens. We also raised llamas, yaks, and guinea pigs for educational purposes. I was also responsible for building and maintenance of fencing and other enclosures. At Overlook we also employed a rotational grazing system meant to assist in parasite management for our animals.

La Puente is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization in Colorado'sSan Luis Valley providing emergency shelter, food assistance, transitional housing, self-sufficiency services, homeless prevention, community outreach services, and job training for the homeless and other community members in crisis.
