Recruiting day-to-day, long term and permanent staff for all levels of Primary Education across West Yorkshire. Creating job adverts, screening candidates, undertaking interviews, dealing with right to work checks and placing candidates into work. Meeting and building strong relationships with clients/schools and supporting them in filling their vacancies.

To manage a small team of staff that record and monitor attendance for the school. To implement attendance improvement strategies across school. To communicate effectively with other stakeholders. To lead team meetings, train new staff, deliver CPD sessions to the pastoral team (approximately 25 members) and undertake recruitment interviews.

Teacher - To teach Level BTEC Award in Vocational Studies, to create fun/engaging/exiting lessons, to build quick and effective rapport with students.Course Leader - To take team meetings, to deal with behavioural issues and safeguarding within the department, to monitor and track retention and achievement, to lead on progression routs/data (tracking and monitoring), to work with the work experience coach to oversee the running of work experience, to work with the Programme Manager on the marketing plan for next year, to deliver training on creating outstanding Lesson and Support Plans, to ensure the day-to-day running of the department when the Programme Manager was not present.

To manage a team of staff who support the most vulnerable learners across college including Looked After Children, Children Leaving Care, Young Carers, Young Parents and these requiring positive behaviour interventions. To also interview staff for different support roles within the college.

Level 2 course coordinator - To ensure the retention, success and progression of approximately 60 students. To do this I managed retention, success and achievement figures; developed strategies to ensure high attendance and punctuality figures; chaired meetings; managed staff to ensure they were working cohesively; discovered solutions to any problems students had and undertook staff interviews. Lecturer - To delivered a number of different units on the level 1, level 2 and level 3 programmes. Through developing exciting and engaging lessons I was graded 1 (Outstanding) when observed.
