Incorporated contemporary business models into a updated precedent land lease used for wind-energy conversion, mineral extraction, agriculture (maple sugar, blueberry, cranberry), and other commercial uses.Evaluated economic development opportunities for agriculture use and wind-energy conversion use of Crown lands. This included extensive consultations with industry and government stakeholders, supervision of consultants and integration of numerous datasets for a geographic information system (GIS) evaluation. Conducted economic forecasts of potential revenue opportunities for wind-energy and agriculture-use projects on Crown lands. Produced a wind-energy conversion atlas for the province incorporating social, technical and financial constraints for Crown owned lands using GIS modelling methods. Issued a public tender for leasing Crown lands for maple sugar production following a systematic approach using technical and economic business information management.
