Responsible for asset integrity, management and care of Retail equipment and site maintenance activities (including minor CAPEX activities E.g equipment replacements and station upgrades) to ensure an efficient, effective and quality maintenance service within budget to Trinity Energy Ltd. This includes preventive maintenance programs, equipment performance reviews, replacement, planning and installation. Contractor management that achieves agreed KPIs and contractor compliance to company HSSE:

Duties and Responsibilities: • Management of Equipment and Assets Maintenance contracts and deliver performance on time, within budget and to the required quality standards, with minimum interruptions to station operations.• Develop annual maintenance budget and plans, including scoping and scheduling for major works.• Contractor management for delivery of agreed KPI through monthly performance reviews and periodic contractor performance audits, in line with predetermined contract management procedures.• Ensure timely compliance to statutory inspections & validation regulations.• Develop and maintain a strong HSSE culture within Contractors and compliance to Company HSSE standards.• Coordinate relocation of company equipment across the network both physical and in the asset register• Support procurement of maintenance services in liaison with the Finance department and especially through provision of scope, standards and negotiation.• Provide support to growth and Maintenance Capex projects as and when required.• Work closely with the station and Territory Managers to enhance liaison and teamwork to deliver desired site maintenance levels.• Maintaining Plant and Systems (Instrument and Control, Mechanical and Electrical)

The job offers support to retail and commercial classes of business sections through management of various allocated Equipment and site Assets maintenance activities (including minor Capex activities e.g. Equipment replacements and Major upgrades) to ensure an efficient & effective maintenance service to Vivo Energy Kenya & its retailers/customers, within budget:• Construction of fueling stations for B2B clients • Bulk LPG system installations and maintenance• Installation and maintenance of Lubricating systems for B2B customers• Capitalization and Assetization of Retail Network and B2B customer site assets

Project: East African Portland Cement Site, New Packing and Loading Line:Position: Site Mechanical Engineer; Overall Purpose of the Job - Responsible for implementations and monitoring of all mechanical related works at site as per approved drawings and methods and safety rules.
