Continued to offer training services to all clients for additional training from beginners to the most advanced criterial in the countertop/wall and ceiling cladding. Traveled on a weekly basis to give additional training onsite as needed for clients to ensure they were growing and using the software to its full potential.

Managed and trained field employees from templators to installers. While managing 23+ individuals we continued to keep remakes below 2% for the company based on goals set forth by our owner. All 23+ individuals were on the road daily, so management was difficult but through proper meeting management as well as onstie visits daily the quality and remakes were held below our remake percentage. Keeping quality and customer service was at the highest level, so training did not stop at installation. Continued training on how to deal with customers was required.

Worked primarily on large scale projects from Project management, to Programming, to Fabication and through to installation. Covering all of the basis to ensure the jobs were as smooth as possible for both our manufacturing process as well as our customers. All of the jobs were high square footage and complex builds from countertops, to walls, and including ceilings.
