I was employed by Fexco as a customer service representative in the managed services department. I initially worked as an analyst for the PWC contract servicing mortgages to be sold by Ulster Bank/NatWest, then temp administration for SEAI contract administering grants for EV customers and currently I am working on the Bord Gais Energy contract.My roles at Fexco include high volume phone calls resolving customer queries on a range of issues including billing, tariffs, sales, troubleshooting, complaint handling and resolution. Data entry and administration via SalesForce and various internal crm systems.

During Covid I was employed as part of a busy client-facing team, conducting Covid-19 PCR swabbing, as part of the screening scheme. Ensuring smooth running of bookings, stock, sanitization, couriers etc. Meeting and greeting clients on arrival, confirmation of booking/identification and registration of PCR kits prior to swabbing. Registration of client details on various bespoke software systems. Training of new and existing staff on current and updated SOP’s.
