Seasoned Restaurant Professional with over 25 years experience in the industry. Experience ranges from single unit operation, multi-unit and enterprise level responsibility. Over this time I have worked on developing processes that impact nearly every part of the business. The key to success throughout this time has always been the ability to focus on the importance of building strong teams that are clear on goals and have the skill set to achieve those goals or have the potential to be developed to obtain the required skill set. I have been fortunate enough to spend my career in one brand as it grew from 3 locations to currently over 800 locations. This experience has provided me with knowledge of what challenges exist for a growing company. Although working in Operations, I was also a part of crafting strategic goals for training, human resources, information technology and marketing. I worked with the franchisor side of the business to test new products and processes that would be introduced to the entire Zaxby's Brand. The most important thing that I have learned is that people are the most critical part of the business. Everyone must have a visible sight line to the organizational goals in order to succeed.
