All systems part of the Navy’s vessels’ suits share and communicate real-time data with each other via this proprietary communication solution. Developed in C++, C#, python and perl in an agile environment.• Led a team of developers to successfully deliver an MVP for a web app, acquiring the Navy a new mission critical ability.• Responsible for collecting key network metrics of the naval main communication solution, to run various statistical analyses.• Introduced and integrated scrum into the team, making the team more involved in the overall decision making and acted as the scrum master for half a year.
