• Led a team of developers to successfully deliver an MVP for a web app, acquiring the Navy a new mission critical ability.
• Responsible for collecting key network metrics of the naval main communication solution, to run various statistical analyses.
• Introduced and integrated scrum into the team, making the team more involved in the overall decision making and acted as the scrum master for half a year.
