I started out my interest in IT at a young age after I became heavily involved in Team base online competitive gaming. After completed my GCSE's at St Columba's College I went on to start my IT career at Zenos IT Apprenticeships which has now been re-branded as Pearson In Practice ATA Apprenticeships. While at Zenos/Pearson I was able to develop my IT skills to a reasonable industry standard for someone starting out in the IT world as well as develop my office mannerism. To complete my apprenticeship I had to gain a 10 week placement at a company(London Web) in an IT based role which I completed successful and the company decided to keep me on as a fully employed Junior Technician, as a Junior I gained a lot of experience in how to speak to customers and go about problems which allowed me to develop into a First Line Engineer.
