As Head of Europe, I managed a team of 17+ reps for an interim contract (9 months) until the Managing Director returned from the US to take over the Europe business.

Due to the success of this project and gaining immediate results, I was brought in to the senior leadership team to devise a longer term growth strategy (Sales Enablement) assisting in the US and UK. Consistent growth was the outcome and new business revenue at times exceeded more than 40% growth. Method: Quarterly Training initiatives, programmes which were then followed up with weekly coaching sessions.
