--Schedule and dispatch trucks, trailers and drivers to appropriate locations as per the customer’s requirements and time of preference --In case of repairs, coordinate with the driver in order to meet the schedules and service --Update the LMS software to make sure the communication between the client and the drivers are accurate --Track and communicate with drivers and resolving their queries over the phone/email and messages using messaging software (Shaw tracking&Skybitz) --Update and assigning orders in the TMW software to ensure the smooth work flow --Prepare customs clearance of loads from Canada to US and US to Canada using FAST, ACE and ACI

Dispatch Department-- Create precise and timely orders according to customers'​ requirements, and assign proper equipment with available drivers to cover the load-- Coordinate and keep track with all drivers to make sure all shipments are running on time from shipper to consignee-- Update tracking spreadsheets with shipment information such as tracking number, carrier, estimated arrival date, status of shipment (loaded, delivered etc.) both in company's internal system and customers' website (XPO NLM, Active Aero, Ryder, Chrysler Expeditors, etc)-- Work with brokers on international shipments to ensure all paperwork is provided and all fees are paid for smooth release of goods-- Create and submit ACE & ACI Manifest, GM Fast, Ford Fast through web portal

Foreign Trade Department-- Contacted and negotiated with buyers or suppliers about prices, incoterms, terms of payment, insurance etc. -- Coordinated with brokers, carriers and freight forwarders, translated invoices, contracts and other documents -- Prepared and proceeded all the necessary import and export documents such as contract, bill of lading, packing list, insurance policy, etc. -- Coordinated the work among related departments (sales, accounting, production, etc.) to ensure the production timelines and delivery schedules.-- Created shipments status reports, maintained database entries and history notes-- Kept on track with orders and solved customer-related problems to maintain in good relationship
