Anything fitness related, is really my bag! I love watching clients transform in front of my eyes and have a dream to reach out on a large scale. Coming from the fashion and commercial modelling industry has put me in tune with the importance of, not only advertising and promoting a product (fitness in my case) but also motivation! Staying fit, lean and camera ready was necessary for my job, therefore it acted as my motivation. I did what was physically and nutritionally needed, to shoot this, represent that and I got paid to do it.I dug deeper, into how improved fitness helps the body, as well as the psyche and decided to devote my life to spreading the knowledge and knowhow to others.
