During my time at Shedrite Sheds I was employed as a Warehouse Associate. Collectively our job as a Shedrite team was to manufacture, fit and deliver new sheds to customers who have prepaid and booked to have them fitted and built in a specific size and way, so we all had a level of ownership towards the quality of product across all sectors from delivery teams to the carpentry skilled builders who assemble the shed panels.

I worked on behalf of Staff Today developing a range of positions to bolster my recruitment understanding and expertise, I soon realised as I progressed through my roles that I had the customer and client care skills and sales drive aligned to become a sustainable consultant. My recruitment journey started off working as a Payroll Administrator. Once I understood the basics of the industry, after 6 months I earned a promotion to a Customer Service Consultant, and a further 3 months later I made the next step to becoming a Recruitment Consultant. I took up many tasks during my time at the company in order to gain modern recruitment expertise and knowledge to excel and speed up my growth and understanding of the industry.
