This was the closest store to Tarsem the owner and only a 5 min drive to head office. Achieved Store of excellence status in Mold rewarded with a payrise and being asked to go the Stoke for a 4 month stent to resolve another problem store in Hanley Stoke on trent. Finally now working in Speke Food Warehouse again a problem store to ensure that process and standards are moved forwards to deliver a great experience for our customer. SOme key achievement in my 5 years are;Successfully planned and opened 2 new branches.Achieved 8/8 KPI’s 2 years running.Achieved a store of excellence status rewarded with a bonus of £1.5kPromoted 2 deputy managers from within 1 of which is now a Store manager. Promoted 2 Team leaders from within to ensure the store has a self sufficient talent pipeline. Managing 3 stores across North Wales acting as the area manager to cover maternity ensuring all 3 sites remain process driven.

Prior to moving to Iceland I ran the online team at RHyl FWH this included a team of 30 drivers and 45 pickers. This allowed me to fully grasp and master my time management to ensure that I could review the process of the department whilst planning reviews for the colleagues.
