Managing all of engineering and maintenance works at the Australian Powdercoating plant including the majority of capital projects. Yearly budget of $1.5-2.0m per year.- Plan and run all site shutdowns.- Provide engineering support for quality, process and safety improvements.- Develop and maintain capacity analysis and future planning for both AU and NZ sites.- Develop business cases and present to leadership team for approval to expand sites' capacity.
