Manage programs that support refugees’ integration into the U.S. after initial resettlement services, primarily the Matching Grant (MG) and Preferred Communities (PC) Programs and ongoing community engagement activities that promote integration and community belonging for refugees and other vulnerable immigrants.

Promote the delivery of high quality resettlement and integration services, including Reception and Placement (R&P) and Preferred Communities (PC) programming, across the CWS affiliate network. Provide monitoring, data analysis, training, technical assistance and proposal and report writing.

Provide program oversight of Reception and Placement (R&P), Matching Grant (MG) and Intensive Case Management (ICM) programs. Assist staff attorneys to provide legal counseling and representation to refugees seeking resettlement out of Egypt. Help conduct intake interviews and identify potential candidates for resettlement, research existing country of origin information as needed and represent cases in their applications to UNHCR, IOM and national governments by preparing testimonies for submission to the appropriate agency.
