Responsible for the buy and selection of Tommy Hilfiger Men Apperal for Outlets across EMEA (Europe, Middle East, Africa).

Responsible for Tommy Hilfiger men’s retail buy for apperal, accessories and footwear in UK, Ireland, Netherlands and the Nordics.

Merchandise Manager Men divisions Nordics and Baltics.Working with all Esprit Franchisestores that offer any of the Men lines in Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Norway, Iceland, Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia.Making sure the stores get the optimal selection of Men Casual and Collection according to their budgets and space.

I was a big part of making sure the DNA of the brand was follewed.Worked close to design and sourcing.In close contact with retail and wholesale to make sure the collections contained the needs to be able to make growth in sales.Sparring with design and sourcing.Implemented and followed up on strategic changes.Followed up and made re-orders on NOS offer of the collection.I was the commercial eye on the collections and at the same time pushed the brand forward.I was a big part in repositioning the brand and made the product more up to date.

Worked close with and bougth in from all major denim brands to Swedens leading denim chain. Did also work with Norway and Finland.Made the sellections and buying to 50+ stores in Sweden, Norway and Finland.Made guidelines for the 70+ franshice stores, what to buy from the external brands and what brands to focus on.Held denim fairs with the main suppliers and the franchise stores.Held denim educations both in small and big gatherings for the employees at JC.Was part of making special activeties with main suppliers and the stores. In some cases this involved making special products.

During this period I worked with two different project.The first was to implement stockcount guidelines and make sure the stores always had the same figures in their computers as in the physical stores.The second project was all about denim. I was acting as a filter between the denim department and the stores, all that had to do with the denim departments in the stores went through me.I gathered as much infromation as possible from the stores into the head office and spread as much information as possible from the head office to the stores.A big part was also to educate all the denim department managers in denim history and knowledge.During both projects I also made all external buyings for the own retail stores in the south and north part of Sweden, approximatly 10-12 stores at the time.
