Justin's first company was a computer gaming company, which started at the age of 15. He was a pioneer and the driver for brand adoption in the first round of virtual world platforms at Linden Lab (Second Life) and Google (Google Lively). He also developed and launched, a world first, the Immersive Workspaces platform, a virtual world for Enterprise as a shared 3D space for mass collaboration. It also included a web interface for groupthink and software integration (Microsoft and IBM services). In addition, Justin was the first to welcome to the Metaverse (virtually connected experiences) for Diageo, Herman Miller, Vodafone, Calvin Klein, Adidas, Coca-Cola, to name but a few.Personally:I love to be at the heart of the challenges and create opportunities. I design, scale and develop portfolios of products and services. I focus on the delicate balance between compelling creative direction and my role as a result defined Marketing Director.
