Worked with fund structures that aims to generate long-term returns by investing in underlying real estate structures. My main responsibility was to obtain good liquidity in the structures and align with the requirements of the fund documentation as well as in line with regulatory requirements. Large focus on ingoing and outgoing cashflows of the structures, including cash flow forecast and calculations of drawdowns and distributions. Furthermore, my responsibilty included, • Accounting (Calculation of NAV, review of Financial Statement, valuation of underlying investments)• Financial reporting (quarterly reports, monthly reports, side letter reports) • Regulatory reporting (AIFMD reporting, AML reporting)• Hedge-calculations (monthly calculations on the derivative positions in the portfolios)• Assisting auditors and tax advisors with the audit and tax declarations of the companies
