In charge of developing and executing the company’s innovative vision in creating a panelized home building system for quick-to-assemble prefabricated houses, which reduces carbon footprint and provides a new construction way of building modular homes. Developed and defined a new panelized system, ready for launch to market for construction of ADUs, villages and apartment modular homes in 2025. Created product development strategy from ground zero and built R/D product roadmap to design and launch company’s first product line of innovations. Led team collaborative effort, built processes, and tracked results. Drove the business execution in product design, prototyping, validation to meet regulation requirements & global certifications, sourcing technology materials and defining the products to achieve business goals.

Created business solutions for new product introductions that included processes, PLM system, E-Commerce, costing, pricing, packaging, and customer service. Delivered operational and workflow efficiency in NPI execution to optimize time to market, cost reduction, operational excellence and efficient use of resources, and increased sales conversion.  Successfully managed the project management and launch of top programs: Pioneer Woman (Walmart) & Chrissy Teigen (Target), achieving on-time delivery, making sales goals, & maintaining high quality standards.  Drove Direct to Consumer (DTC) E-commerce and marketplace channels by implementing new digital marketing tools for content, reviews & social media. Increased sales by employing a 3PL dropship resource. Achieved a 50% growth on E-Commerce sales outside Amazon & Walmart and reduced return costs by 30%.
