A citywide collaboration of experienced, nonprofit homeownership service providers. HomeownershipSF serves as a centralized resource for affordable homeownership opportunities and foreclosure intervention education/counseling in San Francisco.

- Funder Initiatives: management of strategy, stakeholder engagement, grantmaking, and learning community of two multimillion-dollar Northern CA collaboratives on 2020 Census and youth organizing- Professional Development Cohorts: design of goals and objectives, curriculum, session flow, facilitation and evaluation of in-person and virtual cohorts for new grantmakers, rising leaders, and racial equity practitioners- Programs, Events, and Conferences: design and execution of racial justice, trust-based philanthropy, public policy, and membership engagement experiences- Peace and Justice Trip: design and execution of a multi-day racial equity and social justice learning experience to Montgomery and Selma, AL for Board of Directors and organization executive staff- Internal Collaboration: weekly facilitation of cross-department programs team; lead for analysis and application of program data for learning and evaluation

The Boards and Commissions Leadership Institute (BCLI) is a 6-month fellowship that teaches social justice advocates how to understand complex and intersecting policy arenas, navigate the culture and language of commissions, and build effective relationships in and outside the commission. The fellowship trains advocates from low-income communities and communities of color who have a proven track record of leadership and are ready to have a voice and vote on boards and commissions.

- Implemented and refined Lending Circles, a culturally relevant savings and credit-building program- Expanded and scaled Lending Circles program from 1 organization to 26 nonprofit partner organizations in ten states- Managed complete partnership engagement cycle including recruitment, due diligence, feasibility analysis, contract negotiation, staff training, technical assistance, implementation, reporting, and contract renewal- Built community of best practice and feedback among Lending Circles Partners through webinars, online content, and client success stories- Directed monthly financial, loan servicing, and case management operations – payments, distributions, follow up on returned payments, and credit reporting

Feeding America; Washington, DC (February 2010 - August 2010)- Researched and authored a resource documenting the different state implementations of the Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP)- Provided support to policy staff by creating information summaries of Congressional hearings, Congressional markups, news conferences, and anti-hunger coalition meetings- Coordinated expansion of Hunger Champions advocacy program by conducting phone call outreach, designing a "best practices" forum, and crafting strategic program implementation plansNew Mexico Community Foundation; Albuquerque, NM (September 2009 - February 2010)- Performed a census block group demographic analysis to identify "high-priority" communities for free and reduced-price school lunch application outreach- Designed and completed quantitative census research to assess the economic feasibility of increased access and utilization of school lunches- Conducted and analyzed case studies in Albuquerque Public Schools to identify challenges and solutions in starting and maintaining school gardens

- Designed culturally competent workplace health intervention materials for a Native American population- Entered and analyzed quantitative baseline/followup survey information regarding family health history and behavior change- Transcribed and coded qualitative interviews focused on dermatological health intervention
