Managing Consultant
Current• Lead teams of consultants evaluating energy efficiency interventions and conduct surveys of those program’s participants.• Design program evaluations as randomized control trials, matched control trials via nearest neighbor matching, and random encouragement designs for experiments with populations as large as half a million customers.• Develop survey samples based on program tracking data streams which are administered in Qualtrics and analyze the survey results to develop estimates of key performance indicators such as satisfaction and freeridership.• Write Git version-controlled R scripts to estimate intervention impacts through regression analysis with Linear Fixed Effects, Lagged Dependent Variable, Logistic models, etc. • Automate recurring reports and data visualizations with R Markdown documents.• Utilize multiple data storage platforms including Microsoft SQL Server and Snowflake.• Oversee the creation of ETL for large utilities’ energy consumption data with datasets containing as much information as 3.5 million customers’ hourly energy consumption across 5 years.• Manage projects with budgets in excess of $250,000.• Recognized by my peers and managers with the Going the Extra Mile award for exceptional dedication to my project work and my mentorship of junior staff
