Daniel Layton is a managing consultant in the Energy Analytics group at Guidehouse Consulting. He works with some of the largest utilities in the United States to deliver timely insights into their energy efficiency programs. His current work focuses on data management, analytics, program evaluation, market research, process automation, and designing program tracking data architecture, design, and implementation to help utilities modernize the program tracking processes. He often leverages R and SQL in his analyses. He has expertise in applied microeconomics and his background includes regression analysis and forecasting. Daniel has a M.A. in Economics from the University of Colorado.
