Working extensively within the Utilities Sector to provide Installation, Service and Maintenance of Perimeter Security Systems to include: Automated / Automatic / Manual Swing and Sliding Gates / Barriers / Bollards / Turnstiles Automatic Doors / Roller Shutter / Fire Shutter / Rotary Doors / Window and Door Shutters / Access Control Systems / GSM Voice and Dialer Systems / Induction Loop Systems (Traffic)

Performing Installation, Maintenance and Commissioning of electrical installations, electrical testing and inspection, automated swing and sliding gates, road blockers, traffic barriers, monitored and stand alone IP and Analogue CCTV and Intruder systems, hosted and stand alone access control systems, electric fence systems, Cortec and security management systems. I undertook work throughout the UK and overseas, spending much of my working life away from home.I was responsible for ordering materials and promoting cost effectiveness, liaising with clients and planning and management of small and large contracts.I supported apprentice/trainee engineers working under my supervision. I regularly provided 24hr emergency call out.Extra responsibilities include, product development, project management and taking the lead on commissioning and handover of large high security systems.
