I am currently working on a GCP project that integrates various streaming and content providers for an Italian telecom company in Brazil. I provide support for troubleshooting, perform analyses based on the cloud environment, and architect solutions for new projects with GKE and other cloud solutions based on GCP.- I implemented a Grafana stack to monitor metrics from Prometheus and set up alerts with Grafana alerts and centralized logs with Grafana Loki.- I automated tasks using shell scripts and Pentaho for reports and other routine tasks, such as delivering files through buckets to end users and handling complex data pipelines with large volumes of data.- I performed BigQuery data analytics and worked on migrating our on-premise data warehouse from Oracle services to BigQuery, creating pipelines with smart strategies to move large amounts of data and categorizing the data for more cost-effective long-term storage.- I worked on migrating a monolithic system to microservices with GKE, implementing the ELK stack for observability, DHUO API gateway, mTLS for certain APIs, shared VPC and Peering configurations between the customer and our cloud service provider, and configuring firewall rules.- I used GitLab as a CI/CD tool for this migration, creating pipelines and automated tests for deployments, configuring the entire environment and runners, and creating Helm charts for fast integration and reliability.- I am also involved in FinOps, ensuring cost-efficient cloud operations.

Working in the CSI area, I helped and developed reports for the implementation of the areas of Ticket management, Crisis Management and ticket prioritization area with productions for the most critical sectors of TIM SA.- worked with BI tools to provide visibility of the entire business ecosystem, such as ETL's and Oracle tools.

I worked providing remote support for the client TIM S.A and their applications. I managed incident escalations and resolved various types of issues as a Level 2 support specialist.

I worked as level 1 and 2 support for the client TIM SA. I handled calls related to access, security, software installations and other support scenarios.

I worked with analysis of IT-related issues in a clear and detailed manner, focusing on metrics related to response time and problem resolution of various types at the first level. Emphasis is placed on service quality and customer satisfaction, in accordance with pre-established service level agreements.
