Been in the facilities industry for nearly 17 years. Started as an engineer and have worked my way up since. Been involved with a shopping channel for 13 years so use to high profile clients and customers and a fast paced environment. Both reactive and PPMs , involved in sourcing temporary labour to cover shifts and also experience in devolving new shift patterns , also experience in budgets for staff and sub contractors. Assisted in developing innovative projects inline with access controlling of sub contractors , H&S forums and worked closely with H&S advisors / managers. Was heavily involved in designing / implementing and running the CAFM system (TabsFM) was also on the forum for incident management and various other forums. Use to dealing with agencies re temp labour and also budgets & finance for temp labour , materials , overtime of in house staff. Now working for one of the country's largest water companies providing facilities services through Emcoruk both in house & sub contractors. Heavily involved in the day to day use off the CAFM system (agility)
