Being responsible from the beginning of all aspects of each project from planning to execution to handover.- Responsible for tender interview and selection of contractors and recommendations to client.- Liaison on behalf of the Client to contractor, suppliers, vendors, architects and engineers.- Liaison between the client and related Government bodies when necessary.- Managing the project work site and ensuring works are complete on time and schedule including delivery scheduleof materials to site.- To be responsible for proper site administration of constructions contracts.- To ensure good workmanship provided by contractors- To be present in meetings with clients, contractors and vendors as and when necessary.- To have join inspections and site visits with clients, contractors, architects, suppliers and vendors.- Responsible for Business Development Division for Malaysia, Central.- To find prospects for local and overseas projects.

- Responsible for overall planning, implementation, execution and management of the Company’s projects to ensure successful completion of project.- Assist in coordination of multi-disciplinary works within a project including handling project planning, budget, cost control, safety and quality system implementation.- Leads and coordinate works amongst the project team.- Liaison with relevant authorities, consultants and contractors to ensure smooth implementation and quality of the projects.- Managing matters pertaining to construction works done on site within a timely manner. - Ensuring quality of work adheres to Company’s standards and regulations. - Managing daily activities of the project site, ensuring schedule is maintained and coordinating of contractors and suppliers. - Manage, initiate, maintain and improve relationship with existing and potential clients, government authorities and etc.- Dealing with sub trades, sourcing of materials and assigning personnel as and where required - Identify, evaluate and resolve problems at construction site, lead and liaison with site personnel and sub-contractors to resolve problems and monitor remedial works.- To manage and be responsible for driving specific project from the beginning to the completion. - Working closely and report to the Board of Directors in creating Business Plan for execution- To prepare reports and internal management papers for presentations.
