- Conduct research and analysis of both reactive requests and proactive needs of the clients by reviewing information located within the systems of use, such as Sigma, Success Factors, Policies and Collective Agreements.- Clarify and instruct on the interpretation of elements of the Human Resources legislation, regulations, guidelines, contractual requirements, and procedure. - Develop and deliver an understanding to clients regarding the application of these principles, best practices, and required steps, within various operations and programs.- Identify performance issues and guide them to compliance; offering analysis of situations and change recommendation.- Develop and utilize general knowledge of Federal guidelines, NRC specific guidelines, Collective Agreements, and procedures and processes.

- Operational coordination of all Human Resource actions in support of the Construction Research Centre - such as hiring actions, termination actions, contract extensions, and other actions as needed. - Responsible for the coordination of all student hires within the Construction Research Centre – approximately 20-35 per semester.- Research, review, and discuss all pertinent upcoming and requested actions by using accessible tools (SAP/Sigma, Success Factors, Collective Agreements, Policies and Procedures).- Supporting the Human Resources Business Partner by taking action, assisting, and reviewing relevant documentation in the areas of staffing, classification, labour relations, and human resource planning.- Maintaining a detailed calendar of actions, events, tasks and milestones; including itemizing important details required to ensure the streamline of the Human Resources services to our clients. - Create and distribute reports derived from data or on-demand requests specific to the needs of the team and/or client.- Drafting letters and correspondence pertaining to sensitive and private client information.

- Management of government facilities through the Public Services and Procurement Canada and RCMP contract.- Develop and submit key budget goals, including the successful delivery of property services while maintaining budget KPI's.- Maintain positive client relations through professional and effective responsiveness to, including proactive consideration of client issues. - Manage a team to ensure operational success and complete client satisfaction; including development and recognition of direct and in-direct reports.- Manage the HR needs of the team including staffing, discipline, career development and labour relations.- Meet all KPI goals by keeping to established client driven requirements, contractual requirements, and company values.- Meet with all stakeholders as required to review and provide support to resolve operational and contractual challenges.

- Management of government facilities through the Public Services and Procurement Canada and Bank of Canada contract.- Support the Property Management team in establishing client satisfaction, including the operational success of the properties and their tenants.- Prepare and present the property budget annually to all stakeholders, including ensuring that operational direction is in-line with proposed funds without budgetary overspending.- Support the properties by coordinating and distributing tenant communication; managing service contracts; and reporting on work order performance.

- Schedule and coordinate property maintenance and required repairs to ensure successful client operation.- Participate in property audits to review issues and strains, and develop solutions to resolve items.- Support the Human Resources Manager by conducting exit interviews, drafting letters and documents, and reviewing supporting documentation for labour relation issue preparation.
