As a consultant specialising in Oracle’s SaaS based Fusion HCM application, Daniel has proven to be a valued member in supporting the wider team deliver successful HCM solutions within a diverse range of industries including Fusion Talent Management, Payroll and Taleo Recruit.

• Formulation of Monthly, Quarterly and Annual reports including KPI’s• Responsible for recruitment and pre-employment checks for West Midlands, Bedford and Essex. This encompasses liaising with advertising agencies, negotiating with employment agencies, scheduling and undertaking interviews, attaining references• Data Management in compliance with Ofsted and Data Protection Act 1998 and maintenance of Personnel Database • Assisting with disciplinary/investigation hearings and providing 1st line advice• Responsible for payroll notifications for UK e.g. sickness deductions, SSP payments, absence reporting, new starters and leavers etc.• Assisting with the notification of and administrative arrangements for training provision, both for internal and external courses.

• As part of my University sandwich degree, I attained on my own accord a year long role as HR Coordinator. Here I performed a variety of tasks across many departments in the function including Reward, Learning and Development, Employee Services and the Central Support Team.• I undertook a multitude of responsibilities including writing contracts, providing references, arranging interviews and training courses, advertising job vacancies, running SAP reports and updating employee records.• Upon commencing employment I was assigned to a project whereby specific HR processes were reviewed in alignment with the People Excellence agenda. My core responsibilities for this project were to map the old structure of HRi (online internal knowledge base site which holds all HR policies, procedures and guidance for UK & Ireland), assist in the composition of a new structure, update and maintain the site.• I was also involved in reviewing the induction process whereby I was tasked with researching external induction processes, designing a pro forma then researching, sourcing and contacting eLearning providers.• In addition I helped coordinate on many schemes within the company such as the Long Service Awards, Recognition Awards and the Graduate Scheme. For the latter I conducted telephone interviews and administered the assessment centres.
