Most of my responsibilities at the moment as a proposal manager and SRM account lead in DXC include the timely creation and presentation of offers (or statements of work) related to the execution and delivery of projects or services that our client has requested. This includes: collecting the necessary information regarding the technical delivery of the project (in the cases where the offers are prepared entirely by me), creating the draft offer and submitting it for internal approval within the company and the team I am working closely with and then presenting the final binding offer to the client. My work also consists of the efficient and complete administration of every project for our client in DXC’s electronic tool. This means that all related documents must be uploaded and stored for every ongoing project, updates must be done in the tool after every change in the projects, as well as all related communication via email must be monitored in case an important decision is to be made or any other necessary action must be performed.In addition the above, my job also includes weekly Skype meetings with the DXC account team as well as with our corporate client during which the project status is discussed and in case it is necessary – changes to the implementation process. For a part of the projects it is also my responsibility to make sure each and every one of them has the required resources allocated to it. I monitor the progress and make sure the resources complete their tasks according to the established deadline. At the end of the project I create an activity repot whose purpose is to calculate the internal account costs and the final price that the client will pay for the services delivered.

In this part of e-commerce, my job was to establish contact with people form all around the world that were interested in the services provided by our company and present them in the best way possible, describing pros and cons to each potential client. If I managed to close a deal, I was to help the client establish their personal account with a certain amount of funds which they had at their disposal to trade with in the provided options.

I worked with both potential tenants and landlords making sure to select the right living space or tenant according to client preferences. Then I would schedule an appointment to view the desired real estate and if the deal was closed, I would also oversee the creation of the leasing contract and its viability for both parties. My work schedule was predominantly ad-hoc so I had to plan my appointments and travel for the day in the most optimal way possible.

My responsibilities consisted of: monitoring the timely completion of deliveries by a part of the cargo compositions as well as creating a detailed accounting report at the end of each driver's engagement which included all accrued expenses and costs and the bonus that each driver was to get in addition to their salary. I was also expected to keep in touch with our clients and partners daily, update them on the current status of each delivery as well as (according to the current situation) solve any issues that might occur during the course of each individual cargo composition.
