I attracted investment and founded a boutique agency for digital products. My team helped e-commerce, b2b projects and startups throughout their life cycles. Led product management, design, customer research, marketing and developer teams.Main results of the agency's work: successfully launched 3 e-commerce projects (increased $1M Annual Revenue +15%, from 0 to $20k Monthly Revenue in 3 months, from 0 to $15k Monthly Revenue).Also helped 3 startups at the stage of problem solving, created online lead generation for 2 complex medical b2b products.

Helped a large online store redesign its website. In the course of the work, developed and systematized a new identity, developed a new adaptive interface design and created a design system.Also managed the process of producing the client logic of the site. Participated in the development of marketing campaigns, taking on the role of e-mail marketer. Analyzed engagement metrics and improved UX.

Worked as a freelancer on contract with both small startups and corporate enterprises. I did UX/UI design, graphic design, branding, assembled and managed production teams, and was responsible for digital product launches. Conducted qualitative and quantitative research: customer experience and competitors.Key result: as an external consultant, helped a business with >$100M ARR understand its brand relevance and determine the first steps of rebranding.
