Internal promotion from Commodity Manager to Purchasing Manager in September 2009. Responsible for an annual spend of 30 million pounds. My role within the organisation is the day to day management and running of the Purchasing Department. Reporting to the Operations Director, I lead and finalise the strategic development for all Commodities, including Electrical, Mechanical, assemblies and indirect purchases. I have been heavily involved with the successful development and implementation of the new generation of Atlas Converting machines, ensuring that they have been delivered to the market, both on time and within budget.
