Leading a team of 15, I have successfully commissioned two Starlink user terminal factories—one relocated to Texas and the other built locally in Hawthorne.My career at SpaceX has been marked by significant achievements, including leading the Ogive Qualification effort across multiple sites and departments, improving data integrity and test efficiency, and implementing resource management strategies for consumables and calibrated equipment. I have also played a pivotal role in troubleshooting DAQ and instrumentation problems, and driving the schedule and design iterations for critical testing projects.Prior to my current role, I contributed to the success of various SpaceX missions, including vetting DAQ systems for Dragon Parachute testing, qualifying Fairing Recovery net structures, and conducting tests on large, complex structures and mechanisms for Falcon and Dragon. My ability to vet testing procedures and implement efficiency improvements has been consistently recognized.My journey began in the US Navy, where I served as a Nuclear Operator. I quickly advanced through the ranks, becoming the youngest person to be promoted to E5 on my aircraft carrier and later taking on the role of assistant lead petty officer. My responsibilities included managing the nuclear power plant Engine Room, overseeing corrective maintenance, and preparing the ship for the Operational Reactor Safeguards Exam.Throughout my career, I have been driven by a passion for innovation and excellence.
