I have just completed my business marketing and management degree at Exeter university, achieving a 2:1. Prior to studying this degree I have had a range of work experience, both in the business industry and in other challenging work industries. This includes working in a Human resource department for a business called QA. I gained great experiencing in regards to advertising job roles and also analysing and evaluating potential candidates for job roles relating to school teaching. I Acquired valuable knowledge of how to read and analyse CV's, I improved my interview skills and also my communication skills, becoming more confident in myself.I have also worked as an invigilator, running several examinations, making sure the integrity of the exam is maintained. This also improved my communication skills, I had to be quick thinking when there was issues with the exam. I am a very keen and motivated worker and I get a buzz out of successfully completing tasks. I have also worked in a warehouse, where it was non stop work, so I have experience in knowing what it takes to get a job done and has helped me become a highly motivated person. I worked in a team in a warehouse so I am well equipped in knowing how to work well in a team and deal with conflict. I always want to go above and beyond and in a few months I will be participating in a Uni scheme called grand challenges, where for a week I will work in a team to try and improve mental health services and University.
