Job involved problem solving for the customer and acting as their Logistics contact for shipping, tracking and offering of solutions within the DHL Express portfolio.

Worked on the early shift at the Swindon Service Centre, involved in the inbound process for DHL Express in terms of sortation acting as the main liaison for the couriers on the morning shift. Also customer facing interaction once the Service Centre opened this was both over Reception and also on the phone.
