I do paperwork for tracking of Fish before they are smoked. I assist and am on the floor, the job is manual labor, which I find kind of nice while most complain. There is supposed to be a crew of 9, we have a crew of 5 because people can't hack dealing with the wet and the cold everyday, while being tired. Most people last a week, the drop out rate is about 80 percent.
