Designs all graphics for props produced in-house and by vendors. Fabricates props and applies graphics. Maintains in-house vinyl printer and cutters. Builds Models and designs graphic elements, including facades, textures, hardscapes, landscapes, architectural elements and signage for models. Works with and guides vendors of print graphics and application. Maintains knowledge of materials and oversees production of all graphics. Works with all design teams to ensure the design is on target and aligns with overall product intent.

Creates compelling creative, graphic design, artwork and copy layouts for brand campaigns and projects. Develops designs that are consistent with UOR design quality and brand standards. Seeks to create award winning work.

On a temporary assignment for two projects.

Designs and facilitates internal and external training programs: Designs and maintains internal informational vehicles and educational materials: Designs and reviews Learning & Development Team Brand materials and partners with Brand Marketing for proper licensing and brand standards: Facilitates Universal Orlando Day 1 & 2 Orientation, Wizarding World of Harry Potter Orientation, and Non Exempt Learning Series: Manages class rosters and tracks attendance: Ensures compliance of learners regarding compensation and course completion: Evaluates knowledge comprehension through formative and summative assessments: Adapts training coursework and curriculum based on client and learner feedback: Delivers feedback to Team Members regarding their guest service skills and observed behaviors, based upon training objectives: Partners with client groups to address service/Team Member performance gaps: Coordinates Team Member events
