• Receive customer releases (requirements).• Analyze customer releases and covert into supplier release with one week of pull ahead depending on customer authorization.• Logistic of the material from Canada to El Paso warehouse, include the fly's (if is required) with the carrier.• Communication with the supplier and customers.• Achieve and improve the freight costs.

• Responsible of the quality of the raw material.• Responsible of quarantine area.• Receive and inspect raw material (Fabric & Vinyl) according with the masters approved by GM, Ford, Chrysler and Toyota.• Visual aids, flow charts and create the inspections types depending of the kind of material.• Release or put in hold the material.• Request corrective actions (8'd) to the supplier, and follow up.• Generate and follow up CCR (Customer Complaint Report) for the non conformance material.• Request to the supplier the RMA of the non conformance material.• Process following by Statistical process control, defects analysis.
