Current Role: Head of Electroenergetics, Podravka d.d.I am a seasoned professional in the electrical and renewable energy sector, currently leading the Electroenergetics department at Podravka d.d. My responsibilities encompass managing the entire electrical power supply framework of the company. This includes overseeing all electrical substations, spearheading the construction of new substations, and expanding our renewable energy capacity through innovative solar energy projects. I am proud to be the project manager for the largest roof solar plant in Croatia, SE Podravka Danica, which achieved a significant milestone of 3 MWp in 2023 and is currently expanding to over 8 MW.Previous Experience: Head of Technical ServicesBefore my current role, I was the Head of Technical Services in a private company specializing in automotive maintenance solutions. In that capacity, I was responsible for translating specialized software for car maintenance, managing the company’s network, enhancing our security systems, and developing robust web solutions. This role allowed me to blend my technical expertise with strategic management skills to significantly improve our technological infrastructure and operational efficiency.Entrepreneurship: Raspberry Farm OwnerOutside of my corporate responsibilities, I am the owner of a small raspberry farm, where I dedicate myself to producing and selling high-quality, fresh raspberries along with homemade products like marmalade, liqueurs, and drinks.
